search-cube Visual Search Engine
search-cube searches the World Wide Web for websites, videos and images and displays previews of each result on a unique and compact three-dimensional cube interface. Developed in Flash Actionscript 3 using Sandy 3D Engine and Tweener open source libraries, and interfaced with the Google AJAX Search API.

Bringing Search Technology to the Market: Mobile Search Web Services API
Symmetri helped to bring a revolutionary new mobile search technology to the market by developing the Mobile Search Web Services API. The API is a standardized web service that allows developers to access search functionality over the World Wide Web using HTTP in four ways - plain XML, XML-RPC, SOAP and JSON.

eCommerce and Order Management System
Symmetri has just developed and installed a complete Amazon style B2C eCommerce and order management system for one of Australia's largest retailers including fulfilment, invoicing and shipping. Now live and ready for processing of several million dollars of online business annually.
Developed in ASP.NET 2.0 with SQL 2005, XML interfaces to multiple third-party systems and payment gateways, automated label, invoice and report printing via PDF.
Android Mobile Application
Android is the new open development platform for mobile devices, and Google is offering $10 million in prizes in the Android Developer Challenge to kickstart development and encourage adoption in the developer community.

It's all about the music - which is where Symmetri played its part. We built an Online Media Player that organizes music into playlists and allows user feedback such as reviews and competition voting - all packaged into an intuitive and compact Flash 9.0 application that doesn't get in the way.
